About Niya Holistic Care

Beauty in becoming whole.

There wasn’t one loud moment — more of a quiet knowing.
When I was first diagnosed with alopecia, I searched everywhere for clarity, support, and a voice that understood.

I wanted to feel less alone — to find not just solutions, but softness. That space didn’t exist.
So I created it.

Why I created Niya

Born from experience, built for others.

Copie De Sans Titre

I created Niya for the woman who’s looking for answers with soul — not just a diagnosis, but a roadmap home.

When I was facing alopecia, I often felt lost in between: too medical for wellness spaces, too emotional for clinical ones.

Niya became the bridge I couldn’t find — a place that honors your experience, brings clarity, and never asks you to hide or shrink to be supported.

Our healing philosophy

At Niya, healing is not about perfection — it’s about understanding and integration. We believe you can’t heal what you don’t understand. That’s why we begin with education and clarity.
Healing, to us, means getting to know yourself again. Acknowledging what’s real. Choosing your own path forward — supported by both ritual and reason. It’s not a destination. It’s a return.
A return to softness. A return to agency. A return to wholeness.

Our core values

Agency

You are the expert of your body and your journey. We offer tools — not rules — so you can lead from within.

Trust

Everything we share is rooted in lived experience and science.
No noise. No false promises.

Respect for your
essence

You don’t need to change to deserve care.
You are already whole — even in your most tender moments.

Who is Niya for ?

This space is for you if you’re navigating hair loss, endometriosis, or ADHD — and you’re tired of guessing, Googling, or doing it alone. Niya is here for the woman who wants clarity, practical guidance, and a moment to breathe. Whether you’re at the start of your healing or deep in the process, you belong here. You are part of a larger community — one that lifts each other up, softly and without shame.

The heart of Niya

It’s okay. You made it here. We got you. There is a way — and you don’t have to do this alone.
